You see, I've spent over a decade researching and discovering new ways to help people like you become strong, recover from injury, surgery or pregnancy. In fact, this journey was informed by my own injuries, including knee and back problems, like sciatica.
Due to my injuries I've become even more inquisitive about the "why" of an exercise. Why should I do this exercise? Why should I execute it in a particular way? Why is this good for me?
Through 5-years of testing and incubating the method in a controlled studio environment, in addition to nearly 15-years of education, experience - including three certification trainings and self healing several injuries, I developed The Kinelogica Method (aka KM BODY) to help you achieve your healthiest self.
Kinelogica, stands for the science of movement made simple. The Kinelogica Method (aka KM BODY), explains the why of an exercise and gives techniques to amplify the intensity of an exercise from within. I believe the power to change your body through neuromuscular techniques lives within us all - no equipment needed!
I offer classes in Brooklyn, NY at my Loft Studio in Bushwick or at a nearby park in Williamsburg. Private sessions are also available at the Loft Studio or at a location of your choice. My workouts are highly tailored to your needs, injuries and well-being. My workouts integrate Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Traditional Circuit Training, Running/Sprinting and Cardio Dance.
